All this is so true. And this feeling of a heavy chest that will not go away. Sleep deprivation. Uncontrollable crying. A black hole inside that just consume anything and everything on its way.

I’m 11 years in grieving for the loss of my only child. He was just 25, died while serving in the Navy 2013…I lost my identity and dreams of becoming a grandmother the second I was told of his passing. EVERYTHING CHANGED 💔 I have gone through everything he mentioned in the video and still going through.

I'm a completely different person since my baby passed, I never expected to outlive my child so it really blindsided me. I want to go back to the person I used to be but its such a distant memory I'm not sure what exactly I'm going back to. I just know this isn't who I was or want to be.

Yes. No words.... After being married to Paul for 68 years, I'm more than just lost--- My heart, my brain, my body, all of me-- sadness.

I just lost my husband to MND. I am broken inside. It has only been 24 and a 1/2 hours but I miss him so much. I didn't get to be there with him cause the hospital didn't tell me until the following day.😢

I have also found, we can idolize grief, wearing it like a badge. Instead of healing, it became my excuse. "I went through enough already, I have a right to hurt!"

How do you help a family member who is stuck in anger and resentment? He's been stuck there for five years with none of the changes one might expect over time. I understand that everyone processes things a bit differently. But he's just as angry now as five years ago. I think it might be shame-based, perhaps, because of his actions leading to the event. Also, the person in question is on the autism spectrum, and communication is always challenging.

I miss my so much i cant breathe. I got desperate and talked to a medium on line. She told me he couldnt come through to me because he had a curse on him. She said he felt unloved and abonden. This took me to my knees. He had such a kind heart. How could this be. Then she said she could lift it for 75 dollars. How could someone say this. This isnt possible is it. Please help me .
