Concerta is a lifesaver for me. It keeps those dopamine levels up for 12 hours. It does make me feel like a bit of a sociopath but in a euphoric way. It's like this pride and confidence, especially when listening to good music.

Thank you so much for your videos. I've worked in the SUD field for years and I always got a kick of the people on detox insisting they weren't actually addicted to coke. 🙄🤔 they always linked up with the people there for marijuana who also "weren't addicted" but were mysteriously experiencing physical withdrawal symptoms. Smh. Denial is a powerful drug on its own. I wish your videos were required for high school student to watch. You're probably preventing a lot of deaths ❤. Love from NYC

I would love to get diagnosed. I spoke to my doctor here in Australia, who told me that it will cost a few thousand dollars. I can’t justify this cost so it has left me more frustrated.

The hyperfixation on one person is a lot like BPD. I have ADHD but for a while I was convinced I had BPD because of my fear of abandonment and deep attachment.
