Thank you I know I’m late by lo was being dumb like teenagers are and I jumped down 7 flights of stairs while playing tag with a ball if the ball hits you your it so that why I did it I’ve been putting ice on it elevating it on carefully playing basketball I hurt the for next to my pinky which is definitely a rare one to injure if I had to guess and I used the towel scrunch method you did witch helps I’m also going to try this
