Thank you so mutch for this videos, i feel alot beter now, I can stop thinking about old negative thoughts that i keept on having for years. Its such a waste of time to think about the same old things and be angry about them its liberating. Thank you.

Hi Master Yeshe. I've read The Best Way to Catch a Snake but still struggling. I've been trying to assuage my practical 'non-existence ' due to my extreme apatheticness by leaning on the Buddha's teachings as a stilt but don't practice them by heart. My nature is very introverted & become deviant since I've more barriers than usual. I hurt myself to an extent I block it out, literally just a floater in life. Really failed my family especially just not being there. I was handed everything but I ruined it. Just a shell now that I feel hollowed out; never had real relationships. I have a capacity to understand too well this reality is coming to heads soon. Not meant to be here.
