How to run properly

Precise foot landing significantly reduces negative ground forces‼️

Proper form allows you to maintain a stiff leg when running at faster paces and consequently promote a taller stride (Essentially minimizing your ground contact time, and we all know that fast running is only done when the floor is lava 🔥)

Try to correct your form on your next run and see how much better you will feel when doing it!

The most important thing to remember is not to over think it, your body naturally does this as its a machine that is constantly trying to find the most energy efficient way to do anything, listen to your body.

Great video brother. Even tho a bit short. I’m interested in this because I want to incorporate running into my training for cardio. When I got my new running shoes I will start running regularly. U got a new sub 👍🏾

I’ve been running for a few months now, training for a half marathon, and I always have a pinched upper back, can’t figure out how to fix it, I try to relax my shoulders but find it difficult to keep my head up and good posture with relaxed shoulders, 6’3” 190 lbs, any tips pls 😅

I see a lot of tall guys find it hard to run for some reason, especially in my school, they just seem like they find it hard for some reason

what technique would you recommend if someone is running with a 25-35lb ruck on? wwalk run ratio will be on average 2min walk 1 min to 30 sec run.

Yes, my form is bad. For years I’ve been running with my feet in front of me, not under, and now one of my knees is bugging me. I’m just a weekend warrior and I never had a running coach. Probably I could’ve been faster on my races with a proper form
