As a guy who did cross country & track I gotta say it's so worth it to get the technique down. Good luck to everyone I'm working my way back too. I describe it as one day u feel so good running like you are falling forward at the same pace your running and ur rhythm is so precise it feels like your feet are smooth wheels then your body temp heats up and stabilizes with your breathing and got darn it your a real runner lol 😆. Gl everyone!

Not gonna lie.. while distant running I feel easier by running straight than leaning forward.. it feels like I'm running without forcing myself..

It's chi running. that's all there is to it. efficient and lesser injury. and also be mindful of your foot landing. Midfoot or forefront strike is recommended. Think of it as not running but trying to catch yourself from falling.

Not only is it better form to lean forward a little while running but it looks much cooler. The straight up posture while running looks incredibly dorky.

Every time i run i start feeling tight and pain on the harmstrings and sometimes after practice my angle hurts it’s like 2/10 but it still bothers me what can i do to Fix it so i can run better

i do track and my running form is so out of place😂😂😂i still do good in both distance and sprint no matter how bad my form is though every part of my body hurts afterwards😂😂
