Running Everyday For 4 Months (Weight Loss Time Lapse)

So happy to finally reach a 10% body fat loss! I am now 22% body fat! I didn't lose too much weight this month as I focused on weight training again and trying to reduce my body fat. I also started to go out with my mates again as I am more confident and not as grossly overweight.

I am now running for 55 minutes straight. I has taken 4 months to work out to this level. I also complete a 10 minutes warm up and warm down every run. I run 9k now at speed 9km/h.
Diet: Mostly plain chicken, fruit/ veg smoothies, protein shakes, no fish, small amounts of carbs such as brown rice, no fat yogurt, berries, oats, only water, skimmed milk and green tea.
Changes in exercise:
This month I complete 1 HIIT treadmill sessions to get a feel of it and I enjoyed it. I increased my daily press ups and sit ups.
I jogged around a field after work a few to get used to outdoor running.
