XC and track athlete here, in my opinion running gets easier and more fun the more you do it, so if your thinking of running, go ahead, nothing is stopping you, just maybe get some actual running shoes beforehand😂

During covid I ran everyday for 9 months straight, at least 3km but most times 5k. Plus doing 12h shift in hospital. 👊

I do cross country and track (the two mile in track). I mean sure you want to end yourself some days but it’s all worth it in the end and every day is leg day.

Sometimes throwing an audio is very helpful sometimes throwing a podcast on sometimes the glowing a music is very helpful there are times that you need to have a backup system if your headphones go down or if your phone's dying or you're on low battery or something you need to have an iPod Shuffle or something that you can plug in hit play and go you do not want to be in the middle of a run and you got 35 me to the next stop and you're like crap my phone just died or crap my headphones just died you need that motivation

I have little issue doing long runs. I did 35 miles the past two days. My problems come when I'm trying to PR a mile or a 5k. Lol

Jesse I love you man, but you were a D1 college athlete. Even if you’ve been off training for awhile, I’m sure you would perform much better than the average Joe just from genetics alone. Still love your content though!

Running is not for the weak, I torn my ACL LAST YEAR still in recovery had to go back training again it sucks 😂 and hurts
