If you’re new dont jog everyday. Injury is bound to happen. Start jogging 2-3 times a week and increase the distance every week.

Jogging is my favourite exercise I jog everyday except Sunday. Yea at first my leg were injured but now there is no more pain even though I jog every day.I jog for approx. 7 km per day.

All very true, but even if you do any exercise every day then you will still get injured because of overtraining and you may get a stress fracture or something else.

Don't do any exercise everyday. your muscles need time to rest and recuperate. take a rest of a day every 2 days as a starter then lower it as you go on

Running can cause many injuries which is why stretching, rest, recovery activities, cross training, and strengthening activities should be done as well to avoid them. Swimming, aqua jogging, and spinning are my favorite go to activities to do with running.

Yesterday I started my jogging journey and I jogged 5 mil that equals approximately 10000 steps. Let me tell you I was in hell of a pain that I couldn't even sleep at night 😂

To train lower body don't jog. Instead go for Long slow walk.

I have tried starting to run soo many times never kept going bc at winters there was nobody to go with me (it's dark and wasnt allowed in dark for safety) but now my brothers want to run too! So now we're doing it every 2days and we're still going (it's only been 3 times lol )
But if somebody reminds me I will update how it's going!

Day 2- rn we're only able to run 1 km, my brother could do more but I am dying of sore throat (so tips against that are welcome :))

I'm a 13 year old girl, and I just realized my muscle insertion is really good! Really good means its really good! I have a bit of fat now. I am thinking of building muscles. So do I have to burn fat before building the muscles? I already have a bit of muscles tho
