How To Make BEST Tiramisu At Home (Easy Cake Recipe)

Try this amazing Tiramisu made from scratch with simple steps! The smooth and creamy mascarpone cream melts in your mouth with rich coffee and chocolate flavors.
📌 Ingredients to make Tiramisu
The plate: 7 x 11 inch
[Ladyfingers]
One batch makes 32 - 34 ladyfingers. (4 inches length & 1 inch thickness.)
• Egg white: 4 eggs (135 g | 4.7 oz)
• Granulated sugar: 125 g | 4.4 oz (1/4 US cup)
• Egg yolk: 4 eggs
• Cake flour or All-purpose flour: 120 g | 4.2 oz (1 US cup)
• Powdered sugar: some
Bake at 390 F | 199 C for about 9 - 12 minutes until the surface gets nice golden brown and it bounces back gently when you touch it.
* Adjust the time and temperature accordingly, depending on the oven, the size and thickness of the ladyfingers, how fluffy/crispy you want them to be, etc.

[Coffee Liquids]
• Strong coffee: 250 g | 8.8 oz (1 US cup)
• Dark rum or Kahlua (coffee liqueur): 62 g | 2.2 oz (1/4 US cup)
[Mascarpone Cream]
• Egg yolks: 100 g | 3.5 oz (6 large eggs or 7 medium eggs)
• Granulated sugar: 100 g | 3.5 oz (1/2 US cup)
• Mascarpone cream: 440 g | 16 oz (2 8-oz containers)
• Salt: 1/4 tsp
• Heavy cream: 470 g | 16.5 oz (2 US cups)
• Granulated sugar: 25 g (2 Tbsps)
[Assembling]
• Cocoa powder: some (before laying ladyfingers on the bottom and right before serving)
