Whisk and check consistency

Whisk to firm peaks

Combine and mix softly

Lady fingers dipped in espresso (do not soak)
Layer
Fridge for 3 hrs+ or overnight

I add rum to my espresso before dunking lady fingers. You can also bloom a bit of cocoa powder in the hot espresso for a little more flavor depth
