Tiramisu is a classic Italian no-bake dessert with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and rich mascarpone cream. This custard-like cream is incredible and contains no raw eggs!

Tiramisu Cake Ingredients:
►1 1/2 cups espresso or strong coffee, room temperature
►6 Tbsp golden rum, divided
►40 ladyfinger cookies
►6 large egg yolks
►3/4 cup sugar
►16 oz mascarpone, cold
►2 cups heavy whipping cream
►2-3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

It was my first attempt at making tiramisu. I was a little nervous as I was bringing it to my Bible Study group tonight for our annual Christmas dinner. I have used some of your recipes in the past, and trusted you for this desert. I followed it to the letter! Long story short, it was a huge hit at our event, almost completely gone. Left just enough so I can have it for breakfast tomorrow! Thank you Natasha for a wonderful recipe.

I made this for my sister's birthday today. It was good! My family didn't trust me at first because I always end up making something inedible. But after tasting this Tiramisu their minds were blown away! Thanks Natasha for helping me save my respect 😂

I just made your tiramisu. Turned out absolutely perfect. Didn't have any rum so I used 1 tablespoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to whip up the cheese. Used 3 tablespoons of Kahlua in the espresso coffee (just my preference over the flavor of rum) thank you for easy step by step recipes.

This is a great recipe! After cooking my eggs for 10 minutes, they still smelled like raw eggs. So I added a splash of vanilla essence and cooked them a few minutes longer. Helped a lot!

I made this last weekend. Few months ago, I remember being obssessed with this cake and had to order from someone who bake this like once every week coz it was that good. When I started having the courage to bake and cook, I decided to give this a try and was happy to see that Natasha has a recipe for it. OMG! It was so good. Very easy recipe but truly satisfying. I have made this like three times already and this is a no-fail recipe! I usually don't have rum, but I add rum essence and it works beautifully! All my friends are mad about it! Thanks so much for a simple, easy and yet incredibly good recipe 💐💐💐💐💐

Absolutely love this dessert. I was craving tiramisu so much and I decided to make it today. The only extra thing I did was add vanilla extract into the batter when I combined the heavy cream inside. It gave it such a delicious creamy and fragrant texture! You’re awesome. Thanks Natasha. :)

Absolute heaven! I'm a big fan of Tiramisu I made it for the first time and it is good! I didn't use dark rum I replaced it with more vanilla. My only advice would be use a good quality espresso or dark coffee because it really makes a difference in taste! Also, if possible let the Tiramisu sit in the fridge for 1-2 days it absorbs the ingredients better in my opinion and tastes better. But overall amazing recipe ❤️👌

I couldn’t find ladyfingers so I made my own. I also added some rum extract and grated some chocolate shavings on top. Delicious!😋
