I just tried this and its the best tiramisu ever, i just recommend reducing the amount of sugar from 1 cup to about 3/4 cup.

I just did this recipe, its sooo perfect I’m gnna do it again on Friday. I reduced the amount of sugar to 3/4 cup. The taste is so sweet and balanced. Thanks for the recipe!!

For all the people that doesn't like to eat the raw eggs!⬇️

After adding sugar(120g) to the (5) eggs yolks and mixing it, then cook them on the steam for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, and then when it cools down, add the mascarpone cheese and mix again!
And then mix sweet cream(250ml) with one tablespoon of vanilla extract!
And then mix all of that together!😉🙂🙂

Btw best tiramisu ever trust me!😄😄

Made this for a friend’s Xmas gathering last weekend, with slight tweaks:

1. Reduced the sugar content in half (used brown sugar);
2. Used coffee liqueur instead of rum.

It was a hit - my friends loved it! I enjoyed making it too because it was easy to make, yet light, airy and fluffy.

Next time try "cooking" the mixture of eggs and sugar on simmering water bath for 5 minutes while stirring the whole time. This way they are safer and the texture is much better

Almost perfect - you should do eggyolks and sugar over double boiler to stabilize the eggs.

The egg whites can be cooked using a Sirup.

But recipe is good
