Woah! I love it! Can you maybe try Cheesecake? This is one of Poland's greatest desserts, and the most popular cakes! It's prepared from cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and additives (such as rum flavor, vanilla or dried fruit).
You can also try another one: Poppy seed cake! A cake with filling prepared from poppy seeds, sugar, almonds, raisins and spices!

I know you don't think much of Dutch cuisine, but maybe we can have a redo on desserts? When I was little my favorite was vanillevla, with a big dollup of kwark, topped with pure chocolade vlokken. It was what my grandma would make. Sweet, sour and a little soft crunch from the vlokken.

The key for a perfect tiramisu is as all Italian staff: ingredients. Also, id rather use a manual varilla to stir eggs and get the proper smoothness😂

You can try 'sujir payesh' or 'suji halwa' (suji is basically semolina). As an Indian who doesn't like too much sweet dessert, this is my favourite.

Id really recommend for you to try Mongo! Its a dish from the Philippines that you hardly ever hear about even here. Its super healthy, tastes good, and its recommended to eat it with dried fish because the saltiness compliments the dish
