A family member of mine like Tiramisu from a local Vietnamese place (texture and flavor), I have tried tons of recipes and no matter what they just say it's different. I tried this one and now finally I have an answer to making them Tiramisu, they LOVED it! Thank you so much Chef, just because something is a shortcut or easier should not stop it from being someones favorite. All your recipes are fantastic that I've made, but the most important is I've advanced so incredibly far as a home cook because your teaching just flows so organically that it's almost effortless to learn and to make delicious food! My mother always talked about Julia Child's changing her life in the kitchen, I will forever tell people Chef Jean-Pierre changed my life in the kitchen. You are truly a once in a generation chef and teacher!

Chef, I honestly believe, that most of us viewers would like to see you make a longer video rather than make mistakes we can make ourselves 😅
That being said, I think Cheney Brothers stole your recipe, because I used to frequent an Italian restaurant in Lake Park, Florida, and their tiramisu always had a cake instead of lady fingers.
