I squat all throughout the day: waiting for the bus, while cooking dinner, watching YT, etc.. Helped me from going to an absolute noob to pro slav in no time :)

been doing this for about a week now a minimum of once a day and my squats and posture has drastically improved, I can now get really low on my squats without losing my balance or falling over and I feel stronger in myself. this technique works extremely well.

I really enjoy and appreciate your videos. I am 71 years young, swim laps 4x per week, and work out 5x per week. Flexibility is very important and leg strength to improve balance and prevent falling is my number 1 priority. Kop Kuhn Mak. I was in Thailand in 75 and loved it (Korat). Thank you for promoting safety in exercise.

Finally someone that gets it. There's never a one size fits all technique.

This should be the first video that anyone who trains the squat should watch. I used to follow other so-called professional trainers or experts who promoted a 'butt to thighs' or 'ass to the grass type of deep squat'. Unfortunately, heeding their advice caused my lower back to round and I suffered from herniated discs as a result. Wish I saw a video like this back in the day. It's the most informative squatting video I've seen on YouTube. The Tapp Brothers are the real deal!

Awesome advise. The videos are helping me to do the exercises properly and explanations really help to understand the basis behind each workout. Thank you!

I really like these back to basics videos. They really refresh my understanding of the proper form and stop me from letting laziness corrupt my exercises.

Thanks for confirming that I do this right. It was the other guy that did it wrong and he told me I was wrong.

Haters gonna hate. Who cares? These are great. I'm a 48 yr old lifelong fitness fan and these videos are just what I need for back injury and strengthening my core. I will integrate this into my crossfit / bootcamp training. Thanks!

THANK YOU!! This was super helpful. I tend to low bar squat and lean more forward when squatting because I have longer femurs. It's so frustrating to have people tell me I'm squatting wrong but this is what feels right for me because of how my body is proportioned.

I have long femurs so thank you! I love the idea of doing is a little bit, multiple times a day. Years ago, that's how I did push-ups, 10 at a time (I started with one) 5 times a day. It's awesome. The reason I did this is because of French. What? Yep. I struggled (cried) learning French for 4 years but after a while I said, "hey, I can speak French! How did that happen??" It's been my metaphor for tackling everything in my life since then: Just a little bit every (and several) times a day. That's what a dynamic life is. Thanks again. Though I'm 56 I want to work up to (whatever my level could be) Parkour. I admire its dynamic SO much.
