Can you do this? Squat To Stand Mobility Challenge! 🤸♀️
This movement really challenges your hamstring & ankle flexibility. The goal is to keep your knees as straight as you can (bend them as much as you need to though) as you reach your hands down & when you come up from the squat. 🦵🏽
Releasing your hands from your feet in the squat position challenges your core. 🔥
If you struggle doing the first option then keep an eye out on our stories and I’ll share an easier option to get you started. 👀
Try and do 8-10 repetitions and see if you can gain that little bit extra mobility by the last rep. ✨
