I'm vaccinated and felt like I had a head cold they stuck a test up my nose at work and said I have covid but I'm not coughing or sneezing or body aches just like a sinus infection I had sweating for two days now on the fourth day just a stuffy head I'm supposed to go back to work Wednesday and have to wear a mask for ten days

Does anyone really know whats going, on were it came from, how affects different people and if it will ever dissapear.? I had it bad in 2020 hospitalised for 11 days and unwell for three months, I had it again January 2024 and tested positive and I'm still feeling unwell from that with different symptoms than the first time. I'm diabetic, have heart issues but I guess I must still have some resistance as I'm 70 and otherwise fine. Just how many people have been affected so far and how many have died, especially young people.?
