Skinny fat isn’t spoken about enough. I was skinny fat before I started the gym. Hitting the gym regularly, eating much more protein & real food & having an active job is working for me currently.

Today I have finally reached my fitness goal. I weigh 180lbs, and I dropped from 260lbs. It was slow and steady process that lasted for 8 months, but I am now happy. I used workouts and meal plan from OnlyMeal, and I completely changed my habits. Now I feel like I am in the best shape of my life, even though I am turning 30 in February.

Been doing a 30min cardio and 1h of workout in a 3 day split. Been loosing fat % and gaining muscle. Process is slow but it works for me.

I have this skinny fat problem I weigh 75kg but have a round beer gut. But look skinny in tshirt. It's annoying. I can lose weight but gain it back so quickly l. I've been stuck at 75kg -77kg for over a month
