My gf left me right before my 25th birthday. Since then, I ve cut lose of all the bad habits and wanted to become a better self. I quit vaping, sodas, less usage of social media, no porn, etc. within a few weeks I lost some weight and I think it is because of quitting soda.

Goin on 80 days now since I've had a soda. I lost 14 and a half pounds, my blood pressure went from 170 to 136, I don't feel depressed anymore, and overall I just feel better. I decided to permanetly quit it for the rest of my life. I started packing healthier stuff for work too. I used to drink 12 pepsis a day. A craaaap ton of root beer. Sprite. It was all good. But at the end of the day it isn't worth it. I drink a lot of water and flavored seltzers like Polar or Bubbly. That's about all I drink. Very rarely a smoothie or a milkshake.

I am on day 8 of giving up 12 a day of diet coke I have lost 2 and half pounds so far I have drunk it for 15 years some night in bed over night I could have 3 cans so I am so proud of myself it's still hard but I am working on my slef Thank you for video this as helped me as I was wanting to get a can but I have stopped my slef

I need this video. I am addicted to Soda. I now only drink diet as I have type 2 diabetes, but its not good enough. its still so bad. A junk food addiction led me into a self destructive route to bad health and diabetes. I would eat Burger King, McDonalds and KFC weekly. sometimes 3 times a day. McDonalds breakfast. Burger king whopper meal for lunch and KFC for dinner. all washed down with loads of Soda. I have suffered with health issues since. I have recently taken the steps to change my diet completely. I joined a weight loss club and cut out all the Junk Completely. Its been over 4 months I haven't had any fast food. Now I want to tackle the soda's

I quit drinking soda 5 days ago. I was drinking 3-5 mini cans (7.5oz) of coke per day. All I drink now is 6-8 18oz bottles of water with a table spoon of lemon juice. I’ve already noticed how better I feel.

Thanks for the alternatives, l was recently on a 21 days fast and only drank water and juices, ooh I felt so good. No aches or pain in my body. My blood pressures was 110s systolic, wow, I lost stubborn weight. However, the day after the fast was over, I treated myself to a zero coke 20 ounce, then I bought a 2 liter, everyday day I have bought 2 liter zero sugar soda and guess what I feel awful, every joint in my body ache, my stomach is so bloated, even my sleep is interrupted and I am eating more high calories food then I did before the fast, I went to urgent care last week because I had so much pain in my knees and my blood pressure was sky high (152 systolic) So no more soda for me, only water with some of the options u noted, all sodas are very addictive you excellent and important info, u just saved my life❤

I haven’t had any pop or any sugary drink since July 11th. When I used to consume that stuff, I would wake up feeling so lethargic in the morning. I also would suffer from acid reflux from time to time. Now, I’ve been consuming a gallon of water a day, and I feel so much better. 💪🏾💦
