If such a weight is unavailable, handstand shrugs and inverted shrugs are extremely effective too. If you're not strong enough for a handstand, you can always do a pike shrug. Or use the wall for assistance while doing handstand shrugs.

It’s so true, like resistance bands train calisthenics with progressive overload, just get 5-8 levels of resistance bands for about 5 dollars and just attach them along with body weight workouts, here lemme tell you a push pull leg workout with resistance bands-
Day 1 - Push (For Pushing Muscles I.e. Chest, Shoulder, Triceps,
1.Push-ups (try knee push-ups or take help from those resistance bands if that’s too hard)
2.Pike Push-ups (same try knee or resistance bands)
3.Decline Push-ups (can’t find an easier variation, if you’re a beginner just get to a level where you can do 20 push-ups at once and then start Doing this or use resistance bands for help)
4.Dips between 2 chairs or a treadmill cuz I got one (try using resistance bands for assistance or progressive overload)

Pull - (back biceps Traps and rear deltoids)
1.Door Pull-ups or Take 2 Bedsheets or 1 long one Put Them On a door top close it and do pull-ups try bending legs for assistance and straightening for progressive overload
2.Resistance Band Bicep Curl
3.Resistance Band Rows
4.Resistance Bands Shrugs

The Infamous LEG DAY
1.Resistance Band Squats
2.Resistance Band Hip Thrust
3. Resistance Band Calf Raise (if you wanna train them cuz Mario Rios Is Against It)

Maybe train the neck with neck curls with a backpack and your jaw with chewing gums (take a piece and chew it for a million reps And The Rest Position Is Pressing Down On The Chewing Gum)

Also if you do forearm workout then do your backpack wrist curls but do those after workout cuz before workout, you can’t hold any weight

I have no idea why nobody showed me this before, training traps with resistance band. I hate doing it with a barbell, grip/hands hurting. peepee hurting because the bar scraped against it.

Just tried it with the resistance bands and awesome burn on my traps. Resistance bands can be to great.
