This is a staple in my Forearm workout absolutely fires them up but I use a kettle bell tied to a stick/pole.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a gym or some weights. I can only do calisthenics at the moment, but I do have a pair of gymnastic rings. I usually do false grip workouts until failure.

I do this to fix my golfers elbow with a kettle bell. I roll it up fast and roll it down slow
