Crazy how Noah is a 200m specialist yet he ran the 100m more consistent than 100m specialists this season. 3 times under 9.90s this season which is more times under 9.90s than most 100m specialists this season. And he's the only one that ran close to his personal best this season. Which is why I believe that he has been the best 100m athlete this season. Followed by Hughes and Thompson fom Jamaica.

Imagine using this breakdown of the 100m as a breakdown for how you can manage your day. This should certainly be deadly. I think I'll do that. You will notice that your day is always like a 100m race in all it's glory. Think about it. This is going to be fun and great. Anyone else who sees this and wants to try it out?

Great breakdown. Targets like 10 metres in 7 steps are great to observe your improvement, I'll include it and try to set more targets like these during different phases

8:00 That advice is what won him the 100 meters, the Jamaican dude had a better time at the 10m, 20m, 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, 70m, 80m, and 90m but Noah still won

Loved the phase breakdown. Even as a Jamaican 🇯🇲, having heard so many ways to run, I understand your explanation better than any other.

Thank you Noah for sharing and teaching what works.
My daughter who is 16 started sprinting with a club a year ago. The coach refused to teach her and the entire team how to start. He wanted them to run fast but never took time to show them how to use the blocks, without them on their knees or standing.
I’m not a sprinter but common sense told me that starts mattered. I ended up pulling her out of the season because her times were getting slower.
She got a 14.4 not knowing how to start and was behind the line at the time.
I am positive your videos will help her get better for her last two years. I wasted $400 a month for a year thinking an experienced coach would help. I was wrong!

Hello Noah. We just love your videos. There are two types of people when it comes to teaching. 1, those who can only execute 2. Those who can execute and teach. Congrats on being both and much respect from Brazil.

Thank you. I'm 71 and entered my county's senior games. That's senior as in over 50 not senior in high school. I'm a distance road runner that never ran track. Hopefully I'll do well and wont get hurt. 🤞

The last 20-25m are often the deciding factor in whether you will win. Everything you try with the body to gain at least a little bit of speed fails because the body is limited. Fortunately, the mind is not! The best thing is to imagine that the finish line is approaching faster towards you, the feeling of going fast towards it is not enough because time seems to slow down and it goes on and on. In reality, it is very difficult to do because it takes less than 2s and the mind is oversaturated with desire and striving for victory, but it can be achieved by exercising the mind. Probably no one will say that he has reached his physical and technical limit and you always think that you can get at least a little more out of your body, but that doesn't happen because the limit really exists. The mind is then the only one that can give you a boost.
