45 here and I'm fairly flexible. But I have too much pain in my rotator cuffs to do the L-sit, the face pull feels more like shoulder dislocators and the pull-up (and also dips) HAVE TO be assisted with bands. But I'm working on it, and so should everyone no matter the age.

I’m not over 40 but I feel over 40. I appreciate the information and demonstration that you guys do. I hope to one day blow peoples mind. Nobody knows me for being fit or flexible. It’s time to change. Also want to add that I used to be an-adventurer like you. Till I took a forklift to the knee.

1/2 body weight facepulls with that form? Or the more 'correct form' with hands wider and higher out?
Honest question because no way I can do that with what I was told was correct form???

Hi, i managet to copy much movements from you, thank you for that. I was thinking can i do something like a routine, a flow, to do all these movements. Like a turkish get up. As i thought of that i was like wait nearly all these movements are in the yoga routine from the sun salution. What are your thoughts about that?

My knees are stiff and weak as hell. I'm a hooper going on 38 and can't figure out how to build muscle/strength in my quads/glutes what's my best options??!?!
