Half your plate veggies, other half of your plate whole grain, high quality starch (potatoes, rice, quinoa, whole grain pasta, corn…) as well as a plant-based protein like beans, tofu, lentils… and then add some healthy fats on top!

I started eating this way 10 months ago, right before i got pregnant, and i continued to eat this way my whole pregnancy.
Protien, and as much fruits and veggies as i wanted PLUS my sweet treats (almost daily😂).
I had my baby a week ago.
I only gained 5lbs and im down 15lbs UNDER my pre pregnancy weight already!🤯
Im continuing to lose weight as i eat like this.

Your advice is spot on.
For a couple of years now everyday at work for lunch, I add a bowl of chopped up either roquette, spinach or lettuce and mix it in or put it on whatever I'm having. And a lady came up to me in the lunch other day and said you're the only oneout of all of us that's losing weight, the rest of us have all put on weight. It definitely works and i love the taste. I'm addicted to it. It just doesn't feel right if i don't have those greens with my meals now. And i add cold pressed olive to everything for texture, flavour and satiety.

Aka eat less calories not less food = eat less calorie dense food and instead eat vegetables, because vegetables are very low in calories but full of fibre and filling

I totally agree diet not make anyone healthy or happy, you must to learn eat healthy for the rest of your life. Today I’m happy with my food habits because I totally forgot about diet and start to focus in learn how to eat healthy

I’ve lost 73 pounds and I’m 14 years old when I started my weight loss Journey I was eating as low as 350-500 calories and I wouldn’t eat dinner or even sometimes breakfast. I was losing weight fast at the beginning and then I stopped losing weight all the sudden because my body was saving to fat for energy and i was snaking a whole ton in between meals because I want satisfied from my meals. So I decided to start eating more and approximately 500-700 calories more and my body was losing way for fat. SO PEOPLE DON’T EAT TO LITTLE IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT ❤🫡

these videos are super good for teaching people how to healthfully lose weight and access fat. as a 16 year old who’s trying to lose weight and has the attention span of a 2 year old these videos are good since they show visuals and can get the watcher more interested

That's so true.
I had gained so much weight because i used to eat late night snacks a lot while staying in the hostel after eating less for dinner.
But now that I'm at home and prepare my own meals, i eat on time and the right amount of food, and I'm never hungry for snacks anymore.

My parents visited recently and i have so many snacks in my kitchen but now i just don't feel like eating snacks anymore.
