This is my narcissistic ex husband to a T. I fell in love with him during his love bombing stage that I was too blind to see all these traits about him until the abuse started. I’m so grateful I was able to escape and get far away from him. Still healing and learning to love myself and trust myself again. I don’t ever want to be played a fool again.

If you are dealing with a true narcissist it's best to keep your boundaries to yourself because they love the challenge of breaking down people's boundaries. Know what is acceptable to you or not and act accordingly when they act disrespectful towards you.
