My reason: I moved to a place where sun is never really out, it's always grey, rainy and chilly. I am trying vitamin D, but I'm also thinking about buying a UV lamp

some other reasons for people who are seriously tired - overwork, not sleeping enough, a virus you are carrying but dont know youre carrying, overload of toxins from the environment, a bacterial infection, (and if you are infected with anything like virus or bacteria exercise will make the fatigue worse) depleted b6 from modern day stress, hormonal imbalance. for any of these serious issues youll need more than a few good "life hacks"

You also could have depression and anxiety that leds to insomnia. Leaving you with barely to no sleep at all

I love that you bought up in the first reason and tip, that it's the vitamin C in citrus that is beneficial, not *cough* the acid in the citrus fruit.

Or lacking in iron or vitamin D. I’m always exhausted and found out that’s what it is from my doctor.

Could be that you are low in certain nutrients, thyroid issues, magnesium, iron. It might be what you’re not getting instead of too much coffee. Iron and topical Dead Sea magnesium really turned things around for me.

We don't usually have citrus fruits in the house all the time but I'm sure I could substitute with Young Living's citrus Vitality essential oils! 😃 Healthy and always on hand! 😋

Ya got narcolepsy here and all this stuff is ture. But its really hard to follow these rules. I knew to drink lemons in water i just didn't realize it also did what you said. The sitting one is new so i learned that. Lol i do drink coffee not responsible sometimes by drinking my meds with it. Ya it just speeds up the drug but then it doesn't last all day. Probably makes me more sleepy lol! Yes the diet one is most important lol sugar equals sleep always. Good stuff love these videos i just found them today.
