I love this routine! Although I haven’t lost a cup size as the byline suggested I might, this routine relieves the stress in my upper back and shoulders from hunching over the computer all day long. I feel taller after every time I do this! Thank you!

I have really saggy boobs..i will continue this exercise Let's see if it works or not..

Day-01: my arms are tired, idk how much it helped my saggy boobs.Let's hope for the best..

Day-02: completed. Not tired as much as first day.
