Don’t forget: You cannot choose where you want to lose fat on your body, but you can decide where to focus and which part of your body to target and train more. You will eventually lose fat all around, and adding the RIGHT exercises will help you reach your goals faster. To really see fat loss results, you need to be in a slight calorie deficit and well-balanced diet, incorporate cardio, add weight training to strengthen your muscles and tighten loose skin. Cheers!

Day 1 : completed doing excercise and feeling little sore from arms
Day 2 finished : I feel the most pain from arms and feeling not well because of throbbing pain from arms but I feel happy for this pain ..hope I won't skip tomorrow.
Day 3 : finished doing...I took lots of break after every round.
Day 4 finished : today I don't feel body soreness...just completed my excercise.
Day 5 : completed
Day 6 : completed and I did 200 jumps too
Day 7 : completed and I did 250jumps
Day 8 : on periods...I did few excercises in sitting position with hand movements...not too many...(Always these periods stops me reaching my goal ...like I do quit my excercise routine after periods most of the time) To maintain consistency I am doing in a sitting position.
Day 9 : Resting day

Don't worry just do this exercise two times a day for 1 month and you will lose 3-4 inches for sure
I have done this workout april till today and i have lose 6 inches before doing this workout my breast size was 42 and now its 36 i will continue this workoutss 😉
