“How long does it take to see results?” One member sees results in 10 - 30 days does not mean you will get the same results like her. It’s because your body is different and unique (you have a SMALL BUILD or your starting size is BIGGER). And because there are so many different factors at play: how often you workout, the type of your workouts, your food choice, you are being in calorie deficit or surplus, etc. – means that how quickly you see the results does not solely depend on my workouts, it’s the team work between YOU and I.

Beginners (newbies, who never/barely exercise) and members with an average fit body, they often see results faster because their bodies adapt easily to the new changes. If you are not a beginner (even if you take a long break), your body needs more time to switch from old to new routines.

And because of the differences among us (fitness goals, sizes, shapes, ages, health and physical conditions…), you should not rely on my workout as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Begin with your level, stay consistent with the programs/weekly plan on my website, build healthy eating habits, limit unhealthy foods and surround yourself with motivations. You will see results like many Inshape members do.

I have been following her workout for 3 months and these are really effective. before the workout, my chest size was 37.5 and now my breast size is 34.5. I am still following for better shape.

Hana Milly - the best no nonsense videos out there.. deceptively simple looking exercises but so effective so quickly.. and you just communicate with looks and look at the camera at the exact moment we need it.. all your videos are bomb

Will be doing this for roughly a month!
Day 1: ✅ arms feeling it for real!! My shoulders kept clicking during some of them was so uncomfy tho 😭

OMG, the exercise at 2:52mins is so freakin' hard! Without even moving my arms I'm sweating hard on this one. Very effective! ;)

I taught Zumba for a year before pandemic hit. I intend to get back to instructing this summer. In an attempt to get back into better shape I found this video. I did every move with you just like my Zumba students follow my moves when I instruct. My arms are screaming but I completed the workout and will continue to do so and track my progress. It was fun and relaxing at the same time. My arms needed the workout to so all around win!

I've been doing this exercise for 7 day like what the video say to do it 7 day an I'm going to give my personal review. Note that I did other boob exercise for 4 day before doing this one, and back exercise while doing this exercise. Soo first until third day there no change for me. On day 4 and 5 tho I can really feel the difference, my boob lift slightly (really slight but enough to feel the difference) and it get rounder to and fuller I guess? I mean it's not soo jiggly like before I did this exercise. But on day 6 and 7 it doesn't feel that full but still kind of lift. Over all this is a good work out, really recommend it.
