Very very true words. Contentment is a muscle we all need to work on. I also got rid of Postmark and Amazon. I also don't shop at Target or Walmart (or any "everything" store) as they tend to impulse purchases. I've never used a food delivery service (except twice a year pizza) and I go buy as much in person as I can. If it's not important enough to leave the house, it's definitely not a need.

7:15 I thought at first it might be an age gap thing (I found everything you described up to that time stamp-unreleated), but now I doubt that.
8:10 Groceries. That may vary. A list does help a lot to keep you grounded.
