Sir there is cracking sound in mg shoulder whenever I raise my arm, there is no constant pain but sometimes that crack causes little pain

Popping/clicking and pain with left shoulder (I'm left handed so this side takes a beating). Been laying off the gym for 2 weeks and only doing mild stretching so far. Will try these stretches more next week. Making a commitment to do this snd work on posture! Thank you!

Hey, so my right shoulder has been popping out ever since the fourth grade. I found out there was something unusual with my shoulder when I was raising my hand during class, and suddenly my shoulder just snapped out of position when I moved it a certain way. It didn't hurt, and it hasn't been a problem for me during the time. Fast forward four years, and I've still had this weird problem with my shoulder, except it has been gotten looser and looser. Then, I had an incident where I had dislocated my shoulder and my doctor told me that for a normal shoulder, the shoulder wouldn't have popped but she said that since my shoulder was so loose, it was very likely that it would pop out of it's position quickly. She recommended physical therapy but my family just didn't have the money to afford it. Ever since my shoulder has dislocated, I experience popping, grinding, cracking, and whatever the heck else there is. My shoulder can now pop out AND in much deeper than it should and I can really hear my bones grinding if I push in. My shoulder is never causing any physical pain whatsoever, but it has been 7 years now and it's starting to become a problem because it's interfering with sports and workouts. My right shoulder is becoming extremely worn out by basic workouts, and I do kick boxing which I really enjoy but my shoulder has popped out during a few punches which hurt for a bit. I have no idea how my shoulder started popping in the first place in fourth grade, I had never dislocated or injured it so I'm clueless as to why this is happening to me. My left shoulder is completely fine, and I've never had a problem with it. I am just afraid of what will happen to my right shoulder in the future, since it's gotten worse and worse by time. Please let me know what is going on if you can, and if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

Really like the content.
I have problems with my left shoulder for a few years now, probably due to bad posture and weight training. Lots of things have been fixed but my shoulder seems to be really stubborn with a limited range of motion and pain.
I think I have an impingement, lots of exercises like the first one make my shoulder pop and hurt, especially my shoulder wing get pain after just a set of those. Same goes for vertical rotater exercises.
I guess not every exercise should work and its more individual overall ? The first one gets recommended alot when its about impingement, yet it makes it alot worse for me.

my right shoulder cracks and clicks whenever i lift it up and down, or whenever i do a chicken wing motion. It just started last week because of boxing i think. The thing is it doesnt hurt but its so distracting and it feels as if my shoulder will dislocate when i throw a right hook. After a while it does begin to hurt a little, a pinching burning feeling near the top. I dont know what it is please help me. Thanks

I'm supposed to do that 1st exercise as part of my workout warm-up. Can't do it. Even flat on the floor I can't get my forearms all the way back.

While doing some hamstring workout with resistance band suddenly I felt pain in my left shoulder after few days pain was gone but after this incident my shoulder was regularly popping but there was no pain at all some times felt discomfort so please sir can you tell me the solution can I continue my regular workout this incident was happen to me around 3 weeks ago please sir give me a solution

what to do I have shoulder problem I feel😭😭that grinding or rub or strectch (what to say) in bone first and then I hear some pop I means 2 sec of grinding and strectch then pop sound come what to do😭😭

what if my shoulders pop (not loudly and I don’t have any pain) during the first exercise? I started doing it a few weeks ago and it was fine at first but now my i can hear popping my rotator cuffs. I think it’s bc of my bad posture but I don’t want to injure myself permanently
