Got a ton of requests to make an egg tutorial so here you have it! I've also read that this is the best way to get the most nutrients out of your eggs. Cooked white, with a runny yolk!💪🏻

INGREDIENTS
Ghee
Pasture Raised Amber Yolk Egg

DIRECTIONS
- Get a skillet going on medium low heat
- Lube with your choice of oil, butter or ghee.
- Crack egg in. Once it solidifies its shape, use a spatula to spread the white a bit.
- Lower heat and let it cook until white is firm.
- ENJOY however you want! 🙌🏻

Okay. Hear me out. When the egg first starts cooking and turning white, stick your hand in the sink and proceed to flick a few good drops of water into the hot pan. Then cover it with a lid. Wait a minute. Check to see your cartoonishly perfect egg whites. Enjoy.

You'll never have to use the spatula for anything other than scooping + flipping. I found the method above recently and I still haven't gotten over it. Peace ✌️🥚🍳

Best way to make sunny side up eggs is basting it for a little bit then covering the eggs with a lid and let it cook for a 2 or 3 on medium.

I make good sunny side up eggs but how do i toast the sides of the white?

It actually scares me so much for no reason to make sunny side up eggs cause I’ve never done it before and I’m like so scared of not cooking it the whole way through or something. Or by worrying abt it so much, overcooking it. 😭
