Fear and doubt is keeping us hostage. Transmuting them into love. Its a process. Back and forth. More back and forth. From my experience, after a while the heart wins in a much faster speed. And still there is back and forth so far.

Sometimes my mind created fear which made absolutely no sense at all related to my situation. Seemed very desperate and was kinda funny in that moments. I had to laugh about it and transmuted it automatically because sometimes its just really next level BS
