It's kind of weird that people look in the mirror and see these blackheads and pimples getting bigger daily and still do nothing.. Guess they are afraid of the medical procedure or don't have any health insurance.

You just gave me a question. To my prior knowledge, dpow's are not cystic, right? They are the same as blackheds, only much larger.
They can, however, be caused by cystic acne.
But you called it a cyst, and said it has a sac. So I want to know more! 😅 I am self-though in this, so I always want to try to correct any mistakes, and in that way further my knowledge. Thanks!

Oh wow i had one of these on my underarm. It looked exactly like this with the two openings. I thought it was just a blackhead but i got it out after about a day of fiddling with it with my tweezers and it was the most satisfying removal I've ever experienced. The hole is closed up now 😢
