They use the Laser as typically it will Liquify the content's more due to using it so they have less problems with the extraction. He did not hold it long enough to get the full effect of the Laser. When I say "hold it" I mean for another second or two and not just holding it there for minutes lol.

Won’t the sac just refill? I have sebaceous cysts all over on my back and neck and I pop them but they just refill after a while and I have to do it again. The only way to get rid of them is to surgically remove the sac right?
