HUGE Painful Pimple on the lip! | 208SkinDoc

A huge bump that looks like this may be a regular pimple, a cold sore, or less likely, a botfly infection! Regardless it looks like it hurts a lot!

Could be a bot fly but most likely it’s Herpes because they went on a tropical vacation

As someone with it, I’m almost 100% positive that’s herpes. Hope they get a topical and meds if it continues. And STOP TOUCHING it before it spreads /: especially careful of eyes or any open cuts.

As big as that is, and where it's located at right on the lip line... I bet that was super painful.
Anyone who's had acne before knows the two most painful spots to get pimples, on the lip and the ones you get on the inside of your ears.
Makes me cringe with pain just thinking about it
