I testify to this. I work 12s graveyard 🪦 shifts riding forklifts around and STILL have my mind focused on gettin it done inside the gym.

arms is fun. Alot of people say its boring but I freakin love arm training. It is all worth it when you realize your biceps are poppin out of the sleeve

I know what you mean😉I train even at work on my break. I don't want to waste that time, because I don't have much anyway. weekends I get my old-ass up at early morning to do a workout at the park too

I work usually 12 hr too! Right now I'm on 11 hr 5 days a week for the holiday season.

I'll help you out😉you got shoulder pain? The way to fix it is to get to the pullups and chinups. They make that muscle fiber longer and more flexable. And you get a massive stretch; although you will feel really sore after doing them. I understand that benchpress and shoulder press with the bar can get you some shoulder pain. Also get someone to press into your pressure-points. The ones on the top of your forearms👌
