Schools as the longer term benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle are wonderful for the individual and for society as a whole .

Rhonda i been doing yoga and nothing compares! i also typically round 2-5 miles per day and i used to lift weights. but this seems superior! I also live in Colorado now from Minnesota and the sun in the winter and being outdoors i feel so much better!

I’m starting strength at 50 after an inactive life. Can you tell me how much and what kind. Every trainer only cares about training youth in my experience. They don’t understand. Especially during peri-menopause.

Hi Dr. Patrick. I have been using sugar water before cycling 25 to 50 mile rides but I’ve heard things about sugar and dementia. Is using sugar for energy doing me a disservice? I’m getting faster and leaner and I feel good.

You exercising?, No offence but sometimes you sound like someone we who does not train at all or trains twice a week at most. Doing hiit and treating it as the best training regimen is a dead giveaway.
