3. Never Cold Water
4. Never drink water While Standing

Actually we have heard these all our lives in bits and pieces. For example our religion Islam teaches us to sit down and drink water in 3 sips, and breathe in between.
Also heard that you should not drink too much water with meal, rather drink 20-30 minutes before the meal.
Anyway, thanks for compiling these. Your videos are great!

*Drink room temperature water slowly while sitting and not too much (Best to drink w hour after meals and 30 min before).*
