it really makes sense.
my grandmother never drank water standing and never while eating and immediately after meals. and she died at the age of 96 and she was not even sick.

For years I tried drinking it by pouring it in my ear - Eventually, I resigned myself to going with the wine enema method - Since then, I was able to pass every field sobriety test and still feel great !

Here is a tip for you, when you swallow lift your chin a bit, It keeps you from swallowing air. An old asian man taught me this and it solved a lot of my gas and bloating problem !!!

I always chug down a bottle or glass of water, in between meals and first thing in the morning before coffee. The only time I sip is when eating a meal, and I never drink water with a meal.
