Very good video..find what works for you ….I do better mixing 1/2 a teaspoon with half a cup ….clears mucus and acid…..in the morning and afternoon …and taking a teaspoon of ACV with water just before I eat dinner …to break food down better ….may seem to be contradictory…but it helps my IBS

True. Just keep in mind you need stomach acid to digest proteins, so don't drink baking soda before meals.

if you have heart burn, just quadruple the amount of baking soda, slam it and be uncomfortable for about 15 min. then a burp comes that will burn your nose, like burping soda, so don't use your nose. after that it's over. no more heartburn. it's almost climactic lol

DO NOT INGEST ARM AND HAMMER BAKING SODA EVER!! It's synthetic! Best used for cleaning. Use Bob's Red Mill Baking Soda or Organic baking soda in health food sections.
