Thank you. I’ve been consistently going to the gym 3-5 days a week for 3 months now. But my eating is so up & down😩 I realized when I do a lot of cardio I have a very big appetite that I’m unprepared for. I end up gaining weight. Is so discouraging when you’re going so hard in the gym! But I’m glad I found your page. Your food looks delicious

Girl .. I'm so glad I came across your videos!! I'm small petite and I always have been small but lately I have been struggling I have been overeating going through some things and I am at my heaviest and I am short and I've been meaning to get back on it...all these videos that I watch usually are unrealistic to me.. but YOU !
