Sometimes you're a little bit stuck. If you're feeling constipated and need to get things moving in your gut, sometimes the best thing to do is get up, get vertical, get walking and do some small stationary jumps.

The bowels need movement of the body, internal and external motion, to move and push things forward. Beyond improved hydration, increased fiber and other solutions, sometimes all you need is the right kind of physical movement to initiate the right kind of internal movement.

Have you ever wonder why so many people actually poop early in the morning? Is it natural? No it's the coffee. Trust me coffee in the morning definitely will get things moving. For for constipation:
1. Pickles
2. Yeah green leafy
3. Oats & stuffs. They aren't lying.

I exercise all the time and still get constipated.... I'm trying to lose weight so I think it's due to nutrition deficiency/lack of fiber in diet. It's hard to include everything on even a 1200-2000 calorie plan.

Also drink water do excersise jump up and down and just wait until you go.

Also you can go for walks in the morning. I was too lazy this morning lol but normally I go for a nice 1 to 2 hour long walk throughout my neighborhood and that normally gets everything moving and released so by the time I get home I’m ready to use the bathroom lol. You’re also able to get some exercise this way!
