Yeah none of this works for me. I’ve had constipation since I was born. Only thing that works is linzess, an enema, or waiting 2 weeks.

Question: is it possible for squatting (like with a squaty potty) to actually have the opposite effect of helping you go? Like, can that position pinch together and narrow already inflamed or constipated bowel making it even harder to pass?
