Scotty: Please stop telling people about the Vibe I've been able to buy several at a discount to the Matrix.

I bought my '05 Vibe brand new and, with 214k miles on the odometer, it still runs great! I've never had a major problem with it. My only regret is I should have bought 2 of them.

My 16 year old Tacoma was built in Fremont. Still going strong. 2006 model PreRunner 337, 000 miles now. Still own it. Excellent truck.

I have a Pontiac Vibe that I’ve had for 16 years now. I used to work at a Toyota parts department, so I knew they were Matrixes/Corollas in a Pontiac shell. I had a GM employee who WOULD NOT believe that it was a Toyota under the hood. You open it up and almost all the parts literally have Japanese writing on them 😆

I love my Vibe! 2005 with 277, 500 miles on it! Love the manual transmission option

I still drive a 2005 Pontiac vibe and love it. It runs so well I can't justify spending an extra 50% premium on a new USED car. As always, love the content Scotty!!

Bought a 2003 Vibe GT 3 years ago as a commuter car. Garage stored, infrequently used given it was a second vehicle. 75k original KMs. Amazing how a nearly 20 year old car can hang in the left lane and is so easy to work on. Best $1000 ever spent!!!

I had a Chevy Prizm back in the day. It was the precursor to the Vibe… had a Corolla engine and transmission and I sent it to the junk yard at 400k miles. Most reliable car I’ve ever owned.

The Matrix/Vibe is one the best cars for cheap inexpensive transportation. It's a shame they discontinued such a great design, even my 2017 Corolla IM isn't as good. My friend has a Vibe with 300k and still going strong.

I love my Pontiac Vibe. I paid $500 for mine and I bought it because it's all about Toyota reliability. Mine has the Moon and Tunes package. It's a base model FWD with the GT wheels. The 1.8 liter engine is absolutely amazing. It's a darn shame they stopped making the Vibe/ Matrix. I'm currently converting mine into a micro overland adventure vehicle.

I did buy one right before the pandemic. 2007 160k $1500 . With 220k now I could bet $3-4k for it. Best cheap commuter ever!

I have an '06 Vibe with the standard 5-speed stick. No power anything and crank-ur-self windows. You can fix practially anything on that car yourself... except the fact the the odometer stops working at 299, 999 miles, LoL.

My mother had a '08 vibe. The only thing that was wrong with it in our time of owning it was the backlight went out on the stereo, that was it. It was a fantastic car, and me and her both loved .

A buddy of mine had one of those Vibes.. been to the moon and back at least twice, not a straight body panel on it and burnt heaps of oil.
Looked like a rolling dumpster fire when you put your foot down. Whenever people made fun of it, he would always say... well a second class car, beats a first class walk 👍

Have an '07 Pontiac Vibe myself.. 211k miles on the odometer right now, single owner car and very minimal rust for a Chicago car.

It had been parked for three years when i bought it, and all i had to do to get it started and running was put a new battery in it. After that, all it needed was tires and general maintenance, and it still runs great.

Bought my Vibe new in ‘03 and still going strong. Such a versatile vehicle!

I drive a 2008 Vibe. I bought it with 150, 000 miles. I've put 30, 000 miles on it and only had to replace the front struts. I see comparable cars selling now for $5, 000. Nothing fancy, but really happy with it.

I KNEW there would be a video on the Vibe, just didn't know when.

If you have a good Pontiac, KEEP IT! The value of the older ones are classics and pretty cool! This branding should have never went away! I would have junked the "crooked bow tie" branding in favor of the badass Pontiac brand!
