Run longer without getting tired ⬇️
1. BREATHING - focus on breath stability. Keep your breath rhythmic and find a pattern which matches your leg speed. For example inhale on three strides exhale on one. Breath deep into your diaphragm. Imagine you are inflating your belly like a balloon.
2. RELAX - your jaw, shoulders, and hands should be relaxed. Keep your jaw and mouth loose, drop shoulders down and back, with hands imagine you are holding a baby bird.
3. LAND - your foot should land below your hips. If your foot lands in front of you it acts as a break. It slows you down and is inefficient. Striking below your hips allows efficient ground contact and your energy is diverted towards pulling your body forwards.
