How to make healthy and safe mayonnaise at home?

Today we prepare with you homemade, classic and most importantly safe mayonnaise. In this simple recipe for homemade mayonnaise, I will use pasteurised yolks, i.e. we will make mayonnaise at home with boiled egg. Homemade mayonnaise according to this wonderful recipe turns out very tasty and can be stored in the fridge for several days.

Ingredients for easy and quick recipe of safe homemade mayonnaise:

100 ml milk (room temperature!)
200 ml odourless vegetable oil
3 boiled egg yolks (room temperature!)
1 teaspoon of non-spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or vinegar)
1/3 teaspoon salt
