If you're feeling a little tired during the day and are losing focus, consider taking a power nap. Power naps have been proven to be more effective than coffee, with the benefits a lot longer lasting.

A note about the initial 15 minute segment displayed on the graph - As the average person does not fall asleep right away, a power nap audio precisely 40 minutes long does not necessarily mean 40 minutes of sleep when you take into account sleep onset. The 15 minute phase is included to give you time to fall asleep, and ensure that what you're getting is more-or-less 40 minutes of nap time. You can choose to shorten this segment if you're someone who can easily fall directly into sleep. That being said, you can still get a lot of the benefits of a nap simply by closing your eyes in 'quiet wakefulness'. A 3 minute alarm will slowly fade in after the 40 minutes is up (after 55 minutes if you include the full initial onset phase).

Rhythmic entrainment tones have been embedded; ranging from 10hz to 4hz during the initial onset, ramping back up to 10hz towards the end of the track.

I'm so happy your uploading again, your Nasa Powergen 30 min session was one of my favorites, one of the first videos where i felt an improvement in function after listening for awhile. I have found the powernap series extremely helpful, I could never nap before. I listen to these while wearing a sleep mask.
