Welcome to the final installment of our Summer Running Series (it's a good one)! We’re going to share tips to help you recover after your hot, steamy, sweaty run.

1. Take off your sweaty running clothes ASAP - this will help you cool down faster.
2. Hydrate! Get a post-run drink that has electrolytes and carbs in it.
3. A little food after a run is important for recovery.
4. Stretch, stretch, stretch! Get a light stretch or foam roll in to help loosen up your muscles.

Not to be rude but 2 things: 1) why wait to release 3 short videos about running in the heat, at the end of summer? 2) these tips are applicable to any run and not specifically relevant to hot weather running at all. You would / have shared the same information for other generic post run tips content.
